About these terms

These terms apply when you request a quote or book a service with CleaningCrews Perth Pty Ltd ("CleaningCrews", "we", "us"). By booking with us you agree to them.

Quotes and estimates

Prices on our website, including the calculators, are estimates. We will confirm the final price with you before we start the work. Prices include GST unless we tell you otherwise. If the job turns out to be different from what we were told, we will tell you and agree any change to the price with you before we continue.

Bookings

Sending a booking request does not guarantee a booking. Your booking is confirmed when we confirm the day and time with you by phone, text or email.

Access and your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Give us safe access to the property at the agreed time, or arrange key collection or a lockbox
• Make sure water and power are on
• Tell us about pets, hazards, delicate surfaces or anything we should know before we start
• Put away valuables and fragile items you do not want moved

Changing or cancelling a booking

Please tell us as early as you can if you need to change or cancel. If any fee applies, we will tell you before you confirm your booking.

Payment

We will tell you how and when to pay when we confirm your booking. We provide a tax invoice on request.

If something is missed

If something we agreed to clean has been missed, please tell us as soon as you can. We will come back and fix it at no extra charge.

End of lease cleaning

We clean to the standard agreed with you. We cannot control a property manager's or landlord's decisions, including decisions about bond.

Damage and liability

Our cleaners take reasonable care with your property. If something is damaged, please tell us as soon as possible so we can look into it. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that we could not reasonably have prevented, or for pre-existing damage or wear.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under that law.

Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Complaints

If you are not happy with our service, please contact us first so we can put it right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
